Prior to the submission of CV's, interviewing and screening candidates in regard to their knowledge, experience and personal characteristics in relation to the requirements of the post
  Providing a frank assessment of candidate's skills and abilities, inclusive of:
   
Educational background,
  Working experience / accomplishments to date,
  Career aspirations,
  Market, business and cultural awareness,
  Interpersonal skills (staff, management and, if appropriate, Board),
  Approach to team building / management style / decision-making, and
  Strengths and weaknesses.
  Providing accurate market information
  Providing advice and strategy on compensation, benefits and reward levels
  Providing information on trends and developments in the recruitment market
  Providing advice and assistance on advertising and image production
  Conducting advertising assignments on behalf of clients, including preparing a media plan, drafting advertising text and designing/producing advertisements
  Undertaking candidate searches utilising our state-of-the-art database, which automatically matches professionals to client requirements
  Acting as intermediary in negotiations between client and candidate to successfully bringing parties together
