A database management executive is required by the Business Development and Marketing team of this professional services company. You will be responsible for managing the company’s data assets in order to improve their reusability, accessibility, and quality.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain the upkeep of the client data base, including verifying data, providing data management analytics, updating records to reflect client activities, assigning records to the client contacts;
- Handle enquiries from end users regarding database usage, software functions and updates and other related questions;
- Troubleshooting with internal IT department and vendors;
- Liaise with internal and external parties to coordinate marketing activities with the use of the database and systems;
- Data segmentation based on priorities;
- Coordinate and conduct training and installations;
- Other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years of experience working in a database marketing environment;
- Basic understanding of data modeling, database management systems and data warehousing;
- Able to work in a team;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Experience of InterAction would be ideal;
- Fluent English and Mandarin.
