Junior Recruitment Consultant – In-house
We are looking for an energetic candidate to join as a recruitment consultant to support our busy in-house team. This is a superb opportunity for someone who is seeking a pleasant and dynamic working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Independently handle the full recruitment process from sourcing opportunities, understanding the clients’ needs, assessing and identifying the right candidates, presenting candidates to match clients’ job requirements.
• Maintain existing client relationships and develop new client relationships.
• Advise and ethically manage relationships with candidates.


Requirements:

• Experience working in the legal industry or previous recruitment experience (those looking to make the move from Researcher to Consultant are of interest).
• Excellent presentation skills and be able the ability to advise clients and candidates at all levels.
• High energy and the ability to work well independently and within a team.
• Dynamic character who enjoys meeting and interacting with people.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
