You are expected to understand and support the needs of each Practice, and evaluate the marketing standing of the Practice to form and implement strategies so the business can reach its full potential. To achieve this goal, you will be required to build and manage your own team of regional support. This role will regularly share and report the local strategies and initiatives to the marketing and business development team in the US head office. The suitable individual will be an excellent communicator with a strong passion and a successful track record in forming innovative BD ideas and implementing initiatives.
