Description:
This outstanding international professional services company is known for its dedication and commitment in development of the Knowledge Management function in the company. To continue its growth, they are now looking for a Manager to act as a collaborator to ensure the smooth running of the Knowledge Management and Learning & Development in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Identify the knowledge and information needs in the region and ensure sufficient learning programs are formed and delivered to meet the needs;
- Assist in planning and delivering soft skills training programs when needed;
- Work with executives and senior management to raise their awareness of knowledge management;
- Act as a regional point person for the function globally;
- Work with head office to carry out global initiatives for the region;
- Work with executives and senior management to form regional strategies that are consistent with regional business plans.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of knowledge management experience, preferably from professional services industries- legal accountancy and banks;
- Tertiary educational background in relevant disciplines;
- Ideally with learning and development/ training experience (professors or lecturers will be considered);
- Strong Chinese and English language skills;
- Able to provide creative solutions to drive the function forward;
- Proficient computer skills.
