Our client, a leading global insurance provider with an incumbent presence in the Asia market, is seeking a high caliber to join its compliance team in Hong Kong.
As a Senior Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for supervising other team members in handling a wide range of compliance matters including AML, data privacy, distribution compliance, product and general investment compliance. You will also be assisting the department head in compliance program implementation and policy development; training staffs on compliance issues; and providing advices to business units on the change of compliance regulations in relation to the relevant legislation, codes of practice and licensing conditions.
You should hold an accounting or internal auditing qualification with at least 6 years of relevant experience with an international financial services company. Experience in distribution compliance would be an advantage. Candidate with less experience will be considered as a Compliance Manager. This is a unique leading role within a vigorous business.
