Description:
A sizeable highly regarded professional company is looking for a Facilities Supervisor to provide administrative support and supervise the support team.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate office plan and seating plan;
- Work with internal support team to prepare various matters for new starters in the company;
- Allocation of support staff roster;
- Conduct work station assessment for staff;
- Liaise with suppliers on the repair and maintenance of office equipment and furniture;
- Ensure the supply of office stationary and consumable items, purchase when necessary;
- Maintain office entry password, security codes and key inventory records and ensure such are up to date;
- Maintain documentation of office procedures and processes and policies;
- Assist Facilities Manager in projects;
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in sizeable companies, preferably in a similar industry or banking and financial services industry;
- Strong Chinese and English language skills;
- Attention to details and has strong interpersonal and leadership skills;
- Able to handle unforeseeable problems and tight deadlines;
- Able to work independently and as a team.
