Our client is a leading law firm with a reputable name and is seeking an administrator to join their busy HR team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment administration;
- Data reporting and data management in regard to HR activities;
- Arrange recruitment interviews and test;
- Handle Law Societies matters e.g. registering and renewing practising certificates;
- Assist in other administration duties or ad hoc projects when required.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of HR support experience, preferably with law firms;
- Fluent Chinese and English language skills;
- Flexible, able to work independently and as a team;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
