Fantastic opportunity to join this highly regarded international firm as the Head of Billing and Credit Control, Asia.

You will be responsible for:

- Overseeing the billing and credit control functions across Asia;

- Setting monthly billing targets and coordinating with other offices regarding intercompany billing settlements;

- Mentoring and providing internal training for staff in Asia to prepare bills, the credit control protocols and reporting;

- Applying ARCS system to ensure credit control effectively;

- Ensuring billing formats to meet local tax requirements and to facilitate collection;

- Assisting Partners and other internal parties in handling billing matters.


Requirement:

- At least 8 years of billing experiences from international companies or professional services companies and 3 years at supervisory level;

- Good knowledge of debt collection in China;

- Be able to work under pressure and self- motivates;

- Excellent communication with English and Cantonese/ Mandarin;

- Able to work well independently or as a team.
