Description:
This international law firm is looking to introduce their services to the Hong Kong market with a plan to expand the office in the next year. They are currently looking for an Office Manager/ Administrator to assist in the office set up process and run the office management functions.
You will be handling:
- Liaise with regulatory bodies;
- Ensure the compliance of office operation;
- IT & Facilities management;
- Office renovation;
- General ledger, petty cash reimbursement;
- Communicate with the head office to ensure the smooth running of the operations;
- Recruitment, induction and performance reviews;
- General office administration duties.

- Excellent English and Chinese language skills, ;
- At least 8 years of office management experience, preferably in the legal sector;
- Experience in office relocation, renovation and dealing with contractors;

- Detail oriented, strong communication and organizational skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
