Description:
This international office is looking for a support to perform receptionist and general secretarial duties to assist with the daily busy operation from February 2012 onwards for 3 months.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and screen phone calls, take down messages accurately;
- Greet guests, arrange courier and receive delivery;
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area;
- Coordinate the use of the conference rooms;
- Format and copy type office documents when necessary;
- Assist in the logistics of office functions and events;
- General office administration duties when required.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in an international environment;
- Strong English and Chinese language skills;
- Proficient in usage of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel;
- Chinese and English typing skills;
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
