Description:
This top-tier international law firm now requires a corporate administrator to handle company secretary matters and supervise two junior office staffs.
You will be responsible for:
- Assist in secretarial matters relating to overseas companies in BVI, Jersey and Cayman Islands;
- Liaise with client, external parties and various government authorities on corporate documents;
- Manage and maintain client relationships;
- Draft board minutes and corporate related documents;
- Update and maintain filing system;
- Other general administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- At least 4-6 years of administration experiences preferably from international law firms and listed companies;
- A qualified member of HKICS or relevant professional bodies would be essential;
- Well versed with the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and good knowledge of other common offshore jurisdictions;
- Strong Chinese and English language and typing skills;
- Flexible, able to work independently and as a team;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
