Description:
Our client is a leading law firm with a reputable name and is seeking an administrator to join their busy Administration and HR team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily office administration duties;
- Assist in arranging office functions and activities;
- Handle duty roster of secretaries and other support staff;
- Handle recruitment administration;
- Data reporting and data management in regards to HR activities;
- Arrange recruitment interviews and test;
- Staff record and recruitment system maintenance;
- Conduct reference checks;
- Assist in other ad hoc projects when required.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of office administration, or HR support experience, preferably with law firms;
- Fluent Chinese and English language skills;
- Flexible, able to work independently and as a team;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
