Description:
Reporting to the COO, this international professional services firm is now looking for a regional facilities manager to ensure facilities are being fully utilized across Asia offices.
You will be responsible for:
- Space planning and maximization throughout offices in Asia;
- Ensure office relocation and renovation projects being run smoothly;
- Carry out office administration procedures and policies;
- Prepare annual operating budgets and reports;
- Liaise with Partners and Business Support Managers to ensure appropriate working environment of the firm.
To be considered, you will be:
- Degree holder with at least 4 years regional experience in infrastructure support management and facilities management, including staff supervision;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Able to prioritize task and work under pressure;
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills;
- Previous experience in managing budgets;
- Occasional travel is required.
