Our client is a leading law firm with a reputable name and is seeking an administrator to join their busy Administration team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general office administration support;
- Assist in arranging office events, trainings, meetings and induction programs;
- Maintain and update recruitment systems;
- Assist in arranging interviews;
- Other general administration duties as required.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of general office administration and HR support experience, preferably from professional services or multinational companies;
- Strong Chinese and English language skills;
- Able to work independently and as a team;
- Flexible and willing to learn.
