This well known commercial company is looking for a Paralegal to be responsible for the IP enforcement functions in the legal team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the IP portfolio in Asia;
- Work with different parties to enforce brand protection and anti counterfeiting activities;
- Conduct legal research;
- Provide educational resource to protect company’s brand and trademark in the region;
- Work with legal teams globally;
- Advise internal parties on company policies, procedures and process in relation to IP matters;
- Provide support to assist the growth of the company.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in IP management and protection matters, preferably in Asia Pacific;
- Excellent Chinese and English language skills;
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, dedicated and willing to learn;
- Able to prioritize work, and work as a team
